The television viewing public got a glimpse of what life would be like in the year 2062 when Hanna-Barbera debuted “The Jetsons” cartoon in 1962. The space-themed show followed a family of four, father George Jetson, his wife Jane, daughter Judy and son Elroy, along with their dog Astro. This signed 8x10-inch photograph features the signatures of show creators Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera in bold, black sharpie underneath an image of the Jetsons. The photograph also is signed Janet Waldo, Penny Singleton and Don Messick, the voices of Judy, Jane and Astro in bold, blue Sharpie. Waldo and Singleton’s signatures include the inscriptions “Judy” and “Jane.” The signed photograph comes with a LOA from James Spence Authentication, certification number “Y10364.”
