Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. Hall of Famer. Acting as a marvelous historical summary, this popular Mantle card lists the full span of the slugger's career statistics on its back. The final piece in the cherished continuum of collectibles begun in 1951, Topps' 1969 Mantle card is an item of particular fascination for the hobbyist. This is the entry's elusive "Last Name In White" variety, without which no 1969 Topps set, or serious Mantle collection, is truly complete. This example exhibits moderate evidence of past handling with signs of weakness most apparent at the left-side corners. Very Good to Excellent condition.
