Graded GEM MINT 9.5 by BGS, signature graded “10” by Beckett. Rookie Card. Hard signed with a “Bolt Up” inscription. 2020 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Herbert broke into the NFL after being picked sixth overall in 2020’s NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Chargers. Was MVP of the 2020 Rose Bowl and led Oregon to a 2019 Pac-12 Championship. Card was issued in packs having already been graded by BGS. A statement on the back by Panini America attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. This limited edition collectible is serial numbered “23/25.” Gem Mint condition.
