James and Milicic were selected back-to-back as the top two picks in the loaded 2003 NBA Draft. Images of James and Milicic from early in their NBA careers frame the two patches. A statement on the card's back states Upper Deck’s warranty for the authenticity of the patches, and serves as the item's COA.
