The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “12/12.” The second card is a Mike Bibby 2004-05 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Game Patches Limited collectible. A pair of multicolored game-used patches adorn the card’s front. The card’s BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Corners: 9, Edges: 9, Surface: 9. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “21/25.” Statements on both card’s backs by Upper Deck attest to the authenticity of the game-used material, signature, or both, and serve as the item’s COA.
