Encapsulated and graded 9.0 with a “First-Party H-Seam” seal rating of A by WATA Games. Offered is a sealed and graded copy of "Zelda II: The Adventure of Link" for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released to critical and commercial acclaim on December 1, 1988, the direct sequel to "The Legend Of Zelda" featured the protagonist Link on a quest to save Princess Zelda. The princess was put under a sleeping spell by an evil wizard. The game was a radical departure from its predecessor. The game introduced the concepts of side-scrolling and role-playing elements while also introducing a magic meter and "Dark Link," which have now become staples of the franchise. The game features a gold cartridge and a gold box like its predecessor and sold 4.38 million copies worldwide, and is the only direct sequel in the franchise.
This offered copy features a round Nintendo "Seal of Quality" with a "REV-A" label that indicates that this game was produced between January 1988 and March 1989 and is a first production copy. A sealed and graded copy of the only sequel in the "Zelda" franchise with an appealing seal rating of A and an overall box grade of 9.0.
