Our last auction saw quite a bit of 1920s vintage Notre Dame Memorabilia, much coming from former Knute Rockne recruit and player Ray Marelli. This certificate was awarded by the “The National Football Foundation” to “Ray Marelli” serving as proof he played for University of Notre Dame in 1925, 1926” and is listed on the permanent team roster at the College Football Hall of Fame, which happens to be located in South Bend, IN. This honorary certificate is framed in Notre Dame green and gold to a dimension of 15-3/8” x 17-5/8”.
