As part of 2018 Panini Honors Recollection Collection, the exclusive NFL trading card partner had original cards signed by some of football’s greatest athletes. The set featured hard-signed, hand-numbered “buyback” autographed cards of Deshaun Watson’s 2017 Panini Prizm Blue Wave Rookie Card. Just three of these cards exist, making it a truly rare collectible. Watson gained popularity when he led Clemson to a College Football Playoff national title in 2017. He was Houston’s top pick in the subsequent draft and has made his presence known in the NFL. Watson is a three-time Pro Bowler and led the league in passing yards in 2020. This rising star continues to turn heads and will be a player to watch for years to come. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “3/3.” The item is encased by Panini and displays an essentially uncirculated manner of presentation.
