Encapsulated and graded 8.5 with a “First-Party H-Seam” seal rating of A+ by WATA Games. Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of "Metroid" published by Nintendo for their Nintendo Entertainment System. "Metroid" is an action-adventure open-world game with platform elements that pitted bounty hunter Samus Aran traveling to the planet Zebes to confront Mother Brain and the Space Pirates from using the life-force draining Metroids against the Galactic Federation.
The game is known for its open-world gameplay, various power-ups, minibosses, and ominous music that created a sense of dread as players navigated Samus through the various caves and hideouts of the Space Pirates. The game is known for its surprise ending. The game featured Samus removing their helmet to reveal that the bounty hunter was a woman, thus the first female protagonist in Nintendo's history. This presented gray box sealed copy features an oval Nintendo "Seal of Quality" with an "R" trademark and a "REV-A" label, both indicating that this copy was produced between March of 1990 and December 1994. One of the most historic and important titles in gaming history with an attractive seal rating of A+ and an overall box grade of 8.5.
