Graded NM 7, NM-MT 8, and MINT 9 by PSA. Included in this lot is a Pokemon Art Academy North American/European/Oceania complete 12-card set featuring seven PSA MINT 9 examples! These cards were given winners of competition to create the best illustrations. The winners received 100 examples of the cards featuring their artwork, and few extra production samples were printed. These cards are exceeding rare to find, especially given the nature of their distribution with some of the artists never having sold their cards.
