Encapsulated and graded NM+ 85+ by VGA. Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of “The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening,” developed and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Color. The presented game is an update to the original 1993 title and was released in 1998. The first Zelda game for the Nintendo Game Boy, the original was the first “Zelda” game to be set outside of Hyrule, and it does not feature Princess Zelda or the Triforce relic. The game features Link, who is stranded on the island of Koholint and must collect eight musical instruments that will awaken the sleeping Wind Fish and allow him to escape from the island. Both the updated version and the original sold a combined six million copies. The game is noted for the first and last appearance of Yoshi in a “Zelda” title. The presented sealed copy contains a holographic strip label on the left side and an “E” rating label from the ESRB. A sealed first production copy of “The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening” with the appealing grade of NM+ 85+.
