Presented in this lot are two game used bats by current New York Mets’ outfielder Kevin Pillar. These bats were used during his time with the Toronto Blue Jays. The first bat Pillar used is a Marucci KP11-M Pro Model bat to hit his 32nd career home run off Oakland A's pitcher Jharel Cotton in the top of the 2nd inning of the June 7th, 2017 game. Pillar would use this bat for the final time when he grounded out to shortstop in that same June 7th game in Oakland. This bat displays light game use and has a crack on the handle from the June 7th at-bat. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and bat rack streaks present on the barrel. The handle has a heavy coating of pine tar and the knob has been taped to enhance the grip. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15633) for the game use and has been given a high grade of GU 8.5, plus an MLB Authenticated hologram (JC081002), authenticating that Pillar broke this bat in the June 7th, 2017 game.

The second bat Pillar used is this Victus Pro Reserve DT29 model bat which he used for the final time when he hit a broken bat grounder off New York Yankees pitcher C.C. Sabathia to shortstop Didi Gregorious during the March 31st, 2018 game in Toronto. This bat displays light game use with a crack on the handle. There are ball marks and bat rack streaks present on the barrel. This bat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JB904540), authenticating that Pillar broke this bat during the March 31st, 2018 game in the bottom of the first inning. There is also a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B25423) for the game use and has been given a high grade of GU 8.
