Offered is a lot of two President George W. Bush signed items, a book of inaugural addresses and the 2007 State of the Union address. The first item in this lot is a President George W. Bush signature on the front cover of the text of his January 23, 2007 “State of the Union Address to the 110th Congress”. The 43rd president of the United States has signed his name in black marker. The 6½ x 10-inch ivory paper 14-page booklet contains the text of his address to Congress, with a raised gold seal of the United States on the front cover. The front cover is printed in orange, gold and black, while the interior is printed in black. This comes with a LOA from JSA (BB36691). The second item in this lot is a George W. Bush signature on a presentation page of a hardcover limited-edition copy of “Inaugural Addresses of the Presidents of the United States from George Washington to George W. Bush”. President Bush has signed his name below a dedication, “With gratitude for your friendship and your dedicated service to America, Presented to Sam Sutton”. The 2003 first edition is bound in navy-blue leather embossed with the seal of the president of the United States and a reproduction of Bush’s signature in gold, and ivory silk endpapers. The volume is also slip cased in navy-blue cloth-covered cardstock with gold embossed titles and signature. This comes with a LOA from JSA (BB36692). Sam Sutton worked in the White House as a personal valet to President Clinton, President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. The "Inaugural Addresses of the Presidents of the Unites States ffrom George Washington to George W. Bush" item comes with a letter of provenance from Samuel Sutton.
