Offered in this lot are three pieces of equipment owned by legendary quarterback Brett Favre. Favre was the first quarterback in NFL history to pass for 500 touchdowns, throw for over 70,000 yards over 6,000 completions, and over 10,000 pass attempts. The first is a duck-billed Green Bay Packers Cap. The cap features Green Bay’s green, yellow, and white color ways. The top of the visor is green with white and yellow trim. The fore of the hat is yellow and has the Green Bay Packers logo in the center in green and white tackle twill. On either side of the squachee are screen printed Green Bay Packers logos in the same green, white, and yellow colorway. Where the temples would lay are Favre’s player number (4) in green tackle twill and the reebok logo in white tackle twill. On the back of the cap is the NFL Equipment logo.

     The next item in this trio is Favre’s Russell Athletic brand XXL green practice shirt. Above the sizing tag is a number plate stitched into the shirt with a yellow number “4”. The shirt has been cut at about ribs height and is a dull, worn green from use, washing, and reuse. Another thing of note for this practice shirt is the very short sleeves. The sleeves are not standard length, measuring in at only two inches. These modifications could have been made for more mobility and to compensate for the chest and arm protection.

     The final item in this lot is Favre’s hand warmer. The 16in wide hand warmer is primarily green with yellow hand openings, and a green strap to secure it around the waist of the user. In the center of the hand warmer is the Green Bay Packers’ logo in white, yellow, and green. The inside of the hand warmer is fleece lined and soft to the touch. The back of the hand warmer has a fleece lined zipped pocket, and number 4 in white tackle twill at the base. This lot is a great addition to any football fans or sports enthusiast’s collection.
