Presented are three framed and mounted limited-edition art prints of New York Yankees great Mickey Mantle signed by the Hall of Famer.  The artist Gerry Dvorak, who designed the 1953 Topps Baseball Card art, has recreated the 1952 Bowman Baseball Card artwork of Mickey Mantle in his New York Yankees cap and uniform, arms folded in front as he leans into the picture. Mantle has signed his name in blue marker across the front of his jersey, while the artist has signed in black pencil at the bottom right corner of the print, along with the inscription, also in black ink at the bottom left, “80/450.”  The 11 x 17-inch color portrait is mounted on blue and gray paper within an 18 x 23½-inch black metal frame. The back of the frame has a 3 x 5-inch color photograph of Mantle signing the print, and a 4 x 8-inch “Certificate of Authenticity” from the artist and Mantle, black printing on yellow paper, both of which are mounted in a gray paper matte.

Mantle has signed his name in blue marker over his hands in the lower right of his image, recreated by Dvorak, from the Yankees’ sluggers’ 1952 Topps Baseball Card.  Mantle is holding a bat, his head above his hands in a blue Yankees cap, looking to his right in the portrait.  The 13 x 18-inch Mantle portrait is in mounted in blue and aqua paper inside a 17 x 22-inch black metal frame.  The artist, Dvorak, has signed in black pencil at the bottom right corner, with the inscription, also in black ink, “180/250” in the bottom left corner.  The back of the frame has a 3 x 5-inch color photograph of Mantle signing the print, and a 4 x 8-inch “Certificate of Authenticity” from the artist and Mantle, black printing on yellow paper, both of which are mounted on gray cardboard backing.  Dvorak has recreated his original 1953 Topps Baseball Card artwork of Mantle in the third portrait, which Mantle has signed in blue marker in the center of the portrait over the left shoulder of his white jersey. Dvorak has signed his name in the lower right corner of the print and inscribed “80/450” in the lower left corner of the print, both in black pencil.

The 12½ x 17 ½-inch Mantle portrait is mounted in white paper with a blue border in an 18½ x 23½-inch black metal frame.  Dvorak has signed his name in the lower right corner of the print and inscribed “80/450” in the lower left corner of the print, both in black pencil. The back of the frame has a 3 x 5-inch color photograph of Mantle signing the print, and a 4 x 8-inch “Certificate of Authenticity” from the artist and Mantle, black printing on yellow paper, both of which are mounted in a gray paper matte.  All three items have been authenticated by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication and each comes with a LOA.
