While keeping up Presidential tradition, both the Kennedy's and Johnson's sent elaborate oversized Holiday cards to friends and family during their time in office at the White House.  This lot comes from the White House Barber, Steve Martini and includes eight total holiday cards.  The first item in the lot is a Christmas card from John F Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy dated 1961.  It shows an image of the White House and has been framed and matted.  There is a facsimile signature of both John F Kennedy and Jackie on the matting.  There is some water damage to the bottom and the wooden frame shows wear evidenced with its age.  The card is a bit larger than an 8x10 Photograph.  The other seven Christmas Cards are from Lyndon Baines Johnson and family, with three of them oversized.  The cards mostly all feature facsimile signatures with no live ink signatures on the cards in this offering.  The lot is accompanied by a letter of provenance from Steve Martini Jr, son of the famed White House barber.
