Known for turning around struggling college programs, Hall of Fame coach Lou Holtz’s final stop was with the University of South Carolina. Holtz had the largest turnaround of any college football program in 2002 when his Gamecocks finished with an 8-4 record after going 0-11 the year before. Holtz’s South Carolina team followed that season up with a 9-3 record to give the school it’s best two-year record in program history at 17-7, including back-to-back Outback Bowl wins over Ohio State. Presented here is ¾-inch diameter South Carolina logo pendant that comes directly from the personal collection of Lou Holtz. The Gamecock logo is in the center, surrounded by red, black and white cz stones. On the top is the chain hook and this pendant does not include a chain. This comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
