Offered is a College of William & Mary Southern Conference Championship pendant from the collection of Lou Holtz. The 10K gold pendant features a green jewel on the top center set within the engraved in black and gold legend "Southern Conference Champions" and an engraved football in the bottom center. The top of the jewel features the logo "W & M" in gold letters. The reverse side of the pendant features a crosshatch pattern and the maker's mark along with the engraved "10K". Holtz's first job as head coach came in 1969, at the College of William & Mary, who played in the Southern Conference at that time. In 1970, he led the William & Mary Indians (now Tribe) to the Southern Conference title and a berth in the Tangerine Bowl. This item comes with a LOA from Lou Holtz, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of this item will benefit the Holtz Charitable Foundation, Inc.
