After retiring from his 18-year career as an outfielder and pinch-hitting specialist “Sweet Lou,” Piniella made a seamless segue into his managerial career beginning as a hitting coach with the Yankees in 1985. This button down, "Wilson" size "42" NY Yankees pin-striped home jersey. Piniella’s name, year and set number "Piniella 85 2" are stitched onto a strip tag sewn into the collar.
