With two words “I’m Back”, Michael Jordan announced to the world that he was returning the basketball, nearly two years after he shocked the basketball world by announcing his retirement. Jordan’s first game back, with his new number “45”, was on March 19, 1995 when the Bulls faced the Indiana Pacers. Jordan scored 19 points in his triumphant return, but the Bulls lost to the Pacers 103-96. With Jordan in the lineup, Chicago finished the regular season winning 13 of their games. This offered ticket was from Jordan’s first game back in the NBA following his first retirement in 1993. The ticket shows the Pacers mascot on the front swinging from a rope. “MARKET SQUARE ARENA” and “INDIANA PACERS” are printed below with “vs. CHICAGO BULLS MAR. 19, 1995 SUN. , 12:00 PM”. The ticket has been signed by Jordan in black pen and has been matted with a red background and framed to a dimension of 8 x 15 inches. A gold colored plate is centered on the bottom that reads “”MICHAEL RETURNS” MARCH 19, 1995”. This item comes with LOA from JSA. Please note that there are scratches and paint chipping on the frame.
