Hall of Fame Chicago Bulls shooting guard Michael Jordan has gone by many nicknames during his career, from “His Airness” and “Air Jordan,” but perhaps the most fitting is “Mr. June”. Jordan won six NBA titles over a career that spanned 15 years. Jordan has the distinction of earning two three-peats during the 1990s, and the nickname of “Mr. June” could not be a more fitting man who won six NBA Finals MVP awards in as many appearances.
Presented here is a black Wilson Indoor/Outdoor, limited-edition “Mr. June” basketball signed by “Mr. June” himself, Michael Jordan. The basketball features “WILSON” stamped in gold with a gold. A “MR. JUNE” logo with gold-trimmed banners with the years “91, 92, 93, 96” in gold with a gold image of Jordan with the number “23” black on his jersey. “LTD. ED. of 423” is stamped on the panel featuring “MR. JUNE” in gold. The basketball is an unknown number of 423 issued and was signed by Jordan with a green marker. The basketball has a deflation indentation, some deterioration of the black panels, and the signature is fading. The signed, limited-edition basketball comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAE16429).
