The New York Yankees of the 1990’s had their Core 4 of Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte, Jorge Posada and Mariano Rivera. The Yankees’ 1950’s and 1960’s championship teams had their own Core 4 made up of Hall of Famers Mickey Mantle, White Ford, Yogi Berra, along with home run king Roger Maris. All four Yankees’ legends have signed this Official American League Joseph E. Cronin stamped baseball. All of the signatures have been signed in black pen and features Mantle’s signature across the sweet spot. Maris’ signature is adjacent to Mantle’s on the east panel, while Berra’s signature is on the north panel. Ford’s signature is on the west panel with the Reach stamp. The signatures are light, but still present beautifully across the lightly toned ball. The Cronin stamp is faded but still readable. A great ball signed by four of the most iconic Yankees in their storied history. This comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AF45232).
