One of the greatest offensive catchers of all-time, Mike Piazza was enshrined in the Hall of Fame in 2016. The career leader in home runs by a catcher, Piazza is best known for his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets. A 12-time All-Star, Piazza is regarded as one of the most talented batters of his generation.
The items offered here are all pieces of catchers equipment signed by Piazza. The first item is a Rawlings silver chest protector signed in black Sharpie by Piazza. The signature is located on the left breast. This item comes with PSA/DNA STICKER ONLY (4A10590).
The second item is a pair of gray Rawlings shin guards signed by Piazza. His number 31, worn during his time with the Dodgers and Oakland Athletics, is stamped in blue on the middle part of the shin guard. He signed both shin guards in black Sharpie near or on the #31. These items come with MLB Authenticated holograms (FJ 593969 and FJ 593973).
The final item in this lot is a gray Rawlings catcher’s facemask signed by Piazza. Piazza signed this mask on the inside tan padding in black Sharpie. This item comes with PSA/DNA STICKER ONLY (4A10613).
