Released in 1977, “The Greatest” follows Muhammad Ali from his first brush with fame in the 1960 Rome Olympics through the legendary “Rumble in the Jungle” bout with George Foreman in Zaire. Starring Muhammad Ali, Ernest Borgnine, Robert Duvall, and James Earl Jones, the film was a hit in 1977, earning praise from critics and audience members.
Presented here is a poster from “The Greatest” signed by Muhammad Ali. The poster features a large drawing of Ali on an orange background, in front of the text “Winner, Loser, Lover, Loudmouth…THE MAN”. Images of Ali’s costars are scattered near the bottom of the poster. Ali signed the poster in black marker, and his signature has been graded a MINT 9 by PSA/DNA. This poster, which comes in a 30 x 44 inch frame, is numbered 77 of 89. This poster comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (E30005) who have graded this autograph a MINT 9.
