Presented is a Muhammad Ali autographed print of a photograph of Ali standing with arms raised in victory over the bodies of The Beatles. The four members of the Beatles visited the then-Cassius Clay at his Miami training camp on February 18, 1964, one week before the boxer upset Sonny Liston and won the heavyweight title. That was the last fight Ali fought under Cassius Clay as he changed his name to Muhammad Ali. In the photo, Ali is in boxing shorts, shoes and gloves, with his arms raised over his head and his mouth open, while Paul McCartney looks up from the canvas with his hands raised in submission. Lying next to McCartney is John Lennon with his arms behind his head resting, George Harrison with his arms crossed on his chest, and Ringo Starr looking at the photographers. The black and white photo is printed on white paper, with gray lettering under the photo “MUHAMMAD ALI conquers THE BEATLES.” Ali has signed in black marker just below the photo and above the caption. The print comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A80616).
