The Bronx Bombers wrapped up their league record 27th World Series title in 2009 after defeating the Philadelphia Phillies in a six-game series. This iconic 96x36-inch double-sided navy blue banner was displayed in Yankee Stadium to recognize the franchise’s feat and features a home plate shaped design with “27” and a “NY” logo inside and image of the World Series trophy extending through the top of the graphic in gray pinstriping and white accents. The top and bottom of the banner each feature three holes for displaying purposes. The banner shows signs of use from its time hanging in Yankee Stadium and comes with an LOA from Steiner Collectibles and MLB Authentication number “FJ472453.”
