After his record setting 61 home runs in 1961, Roger Maris was inundated with advertising opportunities. One such chance appeared with Gold Mine Icicles, and with this 17" x 11" sign, Roger appears in this colorful advertising display. Maris is pictured in a classic batting pose, with the caption reading "Home Run King Roger Maris Says...Refresh with Gold Mine Icicle." The display is printed on thin paper stock, grades in Near Mint condition, and retains all of the bright, original colors.
