One of the most feared sluggers of the 1990’s, Sammy Sosa is one of only five baseball players to hit 60 home runs in a season. Over his 18-year career, Sosa slugged a grand total of 609 home runs, good for eighth all-time. Sosa wasn’t just a power hitter, early in his career he became a member of the 30-30 club (30 home runs and 30 stolen bases in a season) in 1993 and 1995.
The item offered here is a Rawlings official Major League base signed and inscribed by Sosa. Sosa signed the base in black Sharpie pen, inscribing “30-30” underneath his signature. This item comes with a PSA/DNA COA (AC40011).
