Offered is a Salvino Collection statue of the great Sandy Koufax, produced in 1997 to a limited edition of 950. This 8 1/4 inch high statue exhibits the left hander in his classic motion, left leg ready to kick high. It comes in two distinct parts, the player himself and the base, which has two mounting holes which accommodate the display pegs. The name plate attached to the base contains the black ink (“10”) “Sandy Koufax” signature. On the bottom of the base is the Salvino golden sticker indicating this was statue number 499 of 950. Salvino Collection statues were the standard in the 1990s, and still hold preeminence within the collecting world, especially for greats like Sandy Koufax. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
