Ty Cobb was one of the most popular players in baseball when the T206 tobacco baseball card set was produced, and Cobb was recognized with four different examples within the set. This example is one with Cobb with his bat on his shoulder, the second most difficult Cobb card in the set, with only the Cobb Green portrait tougher to locate. This card has been graded by PSA as AUTHENTIC, and has four evenly rounded corners, a corner crease and a couple areas of paper loss on the front. The 150 Piedmont reverse contains some light staining. Overall, with good color and strong registration, this is a very strong card for its technical evaluation. PSA AUTHENTIC.
