Williams, who has the highest career OBP of any player, slugged a mighty 521 home runs for the Red Sox to go with a .344 career average. Williams was the last hitter to eclipse the .400 mark in a season with his .406 clip in 1941. Teddy Ballgame won two MVP awards and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966 with 93.4% of the vote.
