One of the greatest hitters in Major League Baseball history, Hall of Famer Ted Williams was the last player to bat over .400, batting .406 during the 1941 season. A prolific hitter, Williams was a six-time American League batting champion and won the Triple Crown twice while also leading the AL in home runs and RBI four times each during his 19-year career playing for the Boston Red Sox. Williams gained entry into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 1966.

Presented there is an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball signed by the greatest hitter of all-time, Ted Williams. The limited edition, number 158/1941 baseball features “RAWLINGS” stamped on the east panel. “CUSHIONED CORK CENTER RO-A” is located on the west panel of the baseball. Williams signed and inscribed the number “.406” on the sweet spot of the baseball with a blue ballpoint pen. The signature and inscription are bold and feature no bleeding. The numbers “158/1941” is inscribed on the south panel of the baseball with a blue ballpoint pen. The baseball displays elements of toning. The Official American League Bobby Brown baseball signed by Williams comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (UDW21775).
