Offered here is a Hitters Hall of Fame jacket from the Ted Williams Museum. This green wool jacket is one of only six such items and comes from the private collection of the former Director of the Ted Williams Museum. The Ted Williams Museum and Hitters Hall of Fame is in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Hitters Hall of Fame counts players such as Joe DiMaggio, Hank Aaron, Jimmie Foxx, and Tris Speaker as members. The Ted Williams Museum and Hitters Hall of Fame is dedicated, in Williams’ own words, “to build a lasting monument…[to] the single most difficult thing in all of sports: hitting a baseball.” Wearing this jacket won’t magically guarantee you Roy Hobbes-like ability, but it will make you look the part!
