This set of four like-new, shiny white baseballs are signed by four of the game’s all-time greats and statistical leaders: Although Barry Bonds surpassed Hank Aaron’s mark of 755 home runs in 2007, many ardent baseball fans still consider Hank Aaron to be the “All Time Home Run King,” which is what it says on the nameplate accompanying the official National League, (Len Coleman President), ball signed by Aaron on the sweet spot in blue ball point pen. “All Time Strikeout King” Nolan Ryan’s 5,714 career strikeouts are nearly 1,000 more than second-place Randy Johnson’s 4,875. Ryan signed this Official “Bud” Selig Major League on the sweet spot in ball in blue ball point pen with an “H.O.F. ’99,” inscription. While Pete Rose remains on baseballs’ ineligible list, his 4,256 hits still make him the game’s “All-Time Hit King.” Forever linked in infamy to the former commissioner who issued his exile, Rose signed this A. Bartlett Giamatti, Official National League ball on its sweet spot in blue ball point pen. On the short list of baseball records that will never be broken “All Time Stolen Base King,” Rickey Henderson’s 1,406 career thefts seem safely out of reach and 468 ahead of second place Lou Brock’s 938. Likewise Rickey’s single-season record of 130 steals will most likely never be broached. Rickey signed his “Rickey Henderson” on the sweet spot of this Official Gene Budig American League Ball in blue ball point pen. The set of four balls are elegantly displayed on a two-tiered acrylic base with individual gold-glove ball stands and name plates covered by a clear plastic box. All signatures are grade 9-10. All balls also include a Steiner Sports Certificates of Authenticity.
