The Basketball Hall of Famer was in the last part of his career when he donned this Bullets warmup jacket. The center was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and is number 9 on the all-time career point scorers. The collarless knit warmup jacket features patriotic red, white and blue striping with Hayes' number "11" in the lower right side in white and red tackle twill. The Bullets logo appears on the opposite side in white and red tackle twill. Six snap buttons are present, the paint worn from the lower blue ones. Rawlings size "44" label is sewn inside the placket with "4 INCH EXTRA LENGTH" tagging affixed. A single white star appears on each sleeve, completing this patriotic garment. The jacket displays heavy wear with some light staining evident.
Letter of Provenance from former Washington Bullets intern who obtained the jacket in 1981-1982. Letter of Authenticity (314563) from MEARS who have graded this Hall of Fame jacket AUTHENTIC.
