The 39th President of the United States of America has signed this OML Selig baseball perfectly on the sweet spot in blue pen. President Carter, one of only four living former Presidents, has signed the ball "Jimmy Carter", an extremely scarce penning of his full name. Carter more often than not signs with only his first initial, and rarely his full name. This signed baseball comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AB59347).
