When the Washington Nationals selected Bryce Harper as the first overall pick in the 2010 draft, they were banking on Harper to help resurrect the struggling franchise. 2 years later, Harper would win the 2012 Rookie of the Year and help the Nats to their first full season division crown in franchise history.
