Lot #27: UCLA Basketball Team Signed Photo With 5 Signatures Including Abdul-Jabbar & Wooden In 14x17 Framed Display (Abdul-Jabbar LOA & JSA)

Description

With Kareem Abdul-Jabbar leading the University of California-Los Angeles basketball program during the late 1960’s, the team became one of the greatest dynasties in college athletics history. Abdul-Jabbar and a talented supporting cast led to the Bruins winning three consecutive national titles in 1967, 1968, and 1969 before Abdul-Jabbar made the leap to the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA. This photograph of Abdul-Jabbar, John Wooden, and three of Abdul-Jabbar’s UCLA classmates has been signed by Abdul-Jabbar, Wooden, Lucious Allen, Lynn Shackelford, and Kenny Heitz in black marker. The photograph measures 9.5 x 11.5 inches and comes in a 14 x 17-inch frame. Please note that the frame partially obscures the first syllable of Shackelford’s surname in his signature. This photograph originates from the personal collection of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and comes with a LOA from JSA (Z87944) and a LOA signed by Abdul-Jabbar himself.
