Lot #21: 2012 Kobe Bryant Game Used & Signed Pair of Nike Zoom VII Sneakers With "Black Mamba" Inscription Used on 2/19/2012 (Panini)

Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant wore these Nike Zoom VII sneakers on February 19th, 2012, during a road tilt against the Phoenix Suns at US Airways Center. Bryant led all scorers with 32 points, adding 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals in Los Angeles’ 102-90 road defeat. In the 66-game regular season, Bryant averaged 27.9 points per game, his highest total since winning the NBA MVP Award with a 28.3 points per game scoring average in 2007-08. The former Lower Merion High School star added 5.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game as the Lakers claimed the Pacific Division title and advanced to the Western Conference Semifinals.

These offered Nike Zoom VII sneakers are black, white, and gold, with white Nike swoosh logos applied to both sides of the shoes. Bryant’s personal logo is applied to both tongues, and his facsimile signature is applied in gold to the heels. The sneakers are size 14, and both feature a strip of tape on the soles reading “Lakers vs PHNX 2/19/12”. Bryant has signed both shoes in black marker while inscribing “Black Mamba” on the right shoe. These sneakers are a 1 of 1 and come with a Panini COA (PA21597).
